Distance: Approximately 42 miles South of downtown Portland (1 hour drive time); 29 miles from intersection of I-5 & I-205

General Description: Site is a working farm located in an area of like type and size farms (approximately 100 acres). Terrain is generally level. Observing location is approximately 100 yards off of a main paved county road, and accessed via a private paved driveway and gravelled access road.

General Observing Characteristics:

Horizon: South horizon is excellent, SW / SE / E good - excellent. The only real obstructions are North due to a small hill and West from a nearby barn. Both obstructions block light domes that would otherwise be objectionable. Neither obstruction extends higher than 15 degrees.

Ground Vibration: Excellent (none)
